Jacqui A. Constantine (BA hons)
Jacqui has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and originally came from a Professional Dance background working mainly abroad and in the UK under equity. During her time she has worked both in the private sector for private health clubs and local authorities as a Group Fitness and Dance Instructor, which has included most disciplines, from Aqua, Body Conditioning, Combat, Circuits, Dance, Indoor Studio Cycling, right through to Pilates, Yoga and Zumba! She has also worked in the local community and was the founder and creator of Dance-Fit UK which ran for over 10 years very successfully within the community. She has also worked as a Tutor for local colleges on health and fitness and nutrition courses, particularly within the inner cities preparing, producing and delivering education. Jacqui shows great strength and character and is very passionate about health and fitness and is therefore continuously updating her knowledge and keeping up to date on health and fitness issues.
Her strength lies in her ability to motivate and drive things forward. Getting involved in local charities too, in fact having just organised a Zumbathon raising over £800 for the Puffin ward at Derby Royal Hospital in aid of H.A.R.T
Her recent studies have included Pre-post natal exercise, particularly in water. Aqua Jog and Aqua Circuits. Fall prevention for the Frailer older adult – Chair Based Exercise. She is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates & Modern Yoga Instructor and is GP Referral qualified. Her main interest and drive is to help people achieve their goals and help them make positive changes to their lifestyles.
Jacqui is also a Senior Fitness Advisor and Personal Trainier for a major health spar.
Jacqui also works as a successful Personal Trainer. Jacqui has several successful clients who have lost weight and are getting to their target goal and/or have improved their fitness and health. Her clients are most happy to talk to anyone considering taking Jacqui as their personal trainer and, how she has helped them.
